\"Notation<\/p>\n

C\u2019est pourquoi le minist\u00e8re des Transports d\u00e9tient un dossier d\u00e9di\u00e9 au calcul des points de chaque individu d\u00e9tenant un permis de conduire valide.

Les principaux objectifs de l’enregistrement des points pour les conducteurs<\/h4>\n

1. Dissuader les conducteurs de commettre des infractions routi\u00e8res.
\n2. Constituer un outil pour localiser les conducteurs qui commettent des infractions fr\u00e9quemment.
\n3. Prot\u00e9ger la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des usagers de la route, y compris les conducteurs eux-m\u00eames.
\n4. Permettre aux conducteurs contrevenants d’am\u00e9liorer leur conduite et de s’assurer qu’ils sont capables de saisir le volant.<\/p>\n

M\u00e9thodes de calcul les points attribu\u00e9s<\/h4>\n

Si vous n’avez pas plus de 10 points, vous n’\u00eates pas r\u00e9ellement concern\u00e9s, car l\u2019attribution des points est moins pertinente pour les conducteurs rarement condamn\u00e9s, elle se concentre sur les conducteurs qui commettent de fr\u00e9quentes infractions. Lorsqu’un conducteur est reconnu coupable d’avoir commis de nombreuses infractions sur une courte dur\u00e9e, la r\u00e9ponse du syst\u00e8me sera de prendre des mesures de pr\u00e9caution. \"Notation<\/p>\n

Le cours s\u2019\u00e9tend sur 12 heures et son prix est de 200 NIS minimum (le nombre d’heures peut \u00eatre sup\u00e9rieur si le programme d’\u00e9tudes du soir est choisi).
\nQuant aux conducteurs qui franchissent l’\u00e9tape des 12 points mais restent dans la fourchette de moins de 22 points, il existe un d\u00e9lai de prescription de deux ans, et donc les points attribu\u00e9s au conducteur seront gel\u00e9s dans la mesure o\u00f9 il ne commet pas une autre infraction.
\nLa situation est diff\u00e9rente si le nombre de points est sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 22, alors le d\u00e9lai de prescription passe de deux ans \u00e0 quatre ans.
\nTout conducteur qui franchit le seuil des 24 points doit suivre un cours prolong\u00e9 de conduite pr\u00e9ventive pour r\u00e9insertion \u00e0 la reprise de la conduite. Le cours s\u2019\u00e9tend sur 12 heures et son prix est de 200 NIS minimum (le nombre d’heures peut \u00eatre sup\u00e9rieur si le programme d’\u00e9tudes du soir est choisi).<\/p>\n

Retrait de permis<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Si le conducteur atteint les 36 points, le Bureau des licences r\u00e9voquera son permis<\/a> pendant une p\u00e9riode minimale de trois mois.
\nSi un conducteur d\u00e9passe les 72 points cumul\u00e9s sur une p\u00e9riode de 6 ans, il devra se soumettre \u00e0 un examen m\u00e9dical dans un centre de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re agr\u00e9\u00e9<\/a>, dans le but d’examiner sa sant\u00e9 et sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 conduire correctement. En outre, le conducteur sera contraint de renoncer \u00e0 conduire pendant au moins 9 mois et \u00e0 passer \u00e0 nouveau un examen de conduite th\u00e9orique (Code) et pratique (Conduite).
\nIl convient de pr\u00e9ciser que le cours doit \u00eatre termin\u00e9 dans un d\u00e9lai de six mois, faute de quoi l’Autorit\u00e9 de d\u00e9livrance des permis pourra suspendre le renouvellement du permis de conduire.<\/p>\n
